ユーザーリサーチから、旅行初心者は「情報の分散」と「準備への不安」に強いストレスを感じていることが判明。特に、必要情報の整理と意思決定のしづらさが、旅行体験の質を下げる要因となっていた。
User research revealed that travel beginners experience significant stress from scattered information and anxiety around preparation. Difficulty in organizing necessary information and making decisions were identified as key factors degrading travel experience quality.
